32. If you put in 33 the last one falls out. When you pick it back up and put it in again, a different one falls out. It is very important that you carefully plan the size of the 32 things you will put in if they are too small you just look like an idiot, too big, well don't get me going on the trans-dimensional vortices and the destruction they cause. Really if you are stuck at 31 things and you are looking for something else I'd suggest a towel, but never, ever add a bowl of Jello as the last item. If the jello breaks apart the bag may drop something else out as you now have 33 items and one will fall out. Just pray it is the Jello. Also, never put one of these bags inside another bag just like it. The explosion is catastrophic.

I would say 20 lbs easy. I bought 2 of these bags. I use one for carrying my change of clothes for work. I still have room to carry my lunch and other stuff. They are super heavy duty. I use the other one to carry bulk ammo to the gun range. They are super durable and well made.

Simple but hearty!

A plain and simple duffle, but with a nice quality and heft to it, without being heavy. Does not look costume-y at all, but does have a subtle vintage flair.

Fantastic bag

This is a top quality, nice looking bag. The picture is a little deceiving. It's only little so make sure you check the dimensions. For me and what I needed it for, this bag is perfect. Lots of little pockets but the main thing for me is that this bag is solid and durable. It will last ages and once you actually have it in your hands you'll know what I mean. The colour is practical but I'd welcome different, non army one. It deserves 5 starts nonetheless. Definitely recommend it.
