Good product to have around non-smokers
I bought the mint flavor and I was very pleased. The only drawback I found was the dispenser it was difficult to open.

it really does help with the cravings. I tend to wake all hours of the night to have a smoke, if I put one of these in my mouth as I wind down for the night it allows me to sleep much better.

Good Product, Bad Addiction
Good starting project to quit smoking. Too bad I crave smoking even more. Bad for my system, good as a (bad) smoking habit... Oops! >_<
