Perfect for training

I bought this as a surprise for my partner after reading all the positive reviews. He was over the moon excited when I gave it to him and its now one of his favorite training tools. It's the perfect diameter, the grooves give the perfect grip and doesn't hurt like some other knurls, it rolls smoothly, its balanced, and feels perfect for arm wrestling training. I even tried it myself (we like to see how strong I am) and it was even comfortable for me to use as well. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended to anyone training for arm wrestling.

perfect

this is a fantastic piece of equipment for training wrist and forearm and bicep. I use it to prepare for arm wrestling, and the thick grip is perfect. Highly recommended, excellent product.

Great for arm wrestling and gripp

Highly approve of this piece of equipment for its versatility in the gym. If you enjoy adding arm wrestling or grip based workouts this is your tool. I've personally done 130lb lat pulls with this. Only con is the roller has a bit more resistance than I'd like but the results are there either way.
