It is as the description and reviews say. The battery life isn't great, it will charge my phone only to about 85% if I'm using the phone while it's charging, and the charging is a little slow, so it won't get very far very fast, but it is a handy, convenient case. Really great for this phone, whose battery is pretty short. I like the weight and it has a gripy texture, but still fits in and out of my pocket without a snag. Also fits around the phone perfectly, have had no problems with any of the ports or the fingerprint scanner. It's snug, but also easy to get the phone in and out if I need to. I wouldn't buy this phone again without this case. I wouldn't expect drop protection, I shattered my glass protector on the 1st drop. Dropping it again would likely damage the case, but probably slightly better than no case at all.

This battery case is one of the nicer ones I’ve used even in comparison to big brand names like Zerolemon. It’s got a sturdy feel (but be advise it’s not the most protective case but then again that has never been the goal/point of a battery case.) and honestly isn’t too bulky/thick. It’ll fit pretty snug inside a pocket but it’s nothing that I personally found unmanageable. In my opinion, it gives the S10e a nice weight/grip feel that was much wanted as I found the bare S10e too lightweight for my tastes. Battery life is fantastic now with this case. The 4700 mAh makes the S10e a 2 day+ phone depending on usage. It’s awesome to never have to carry around a battery pack/charger/cable. Expecting a long day? Just slap the S10e in this case and have a peace of mind you’ll never have to worry about battery. I seriously enjoy playing any game I want or recording as much as I want during a trip without giving a second thought to how close I need to be to a charger. The only minor complaint I have with this case is that a bigger headphone jack might have some trouble staying in. It’s a bit of a squeeze but still functioned 100% for me. Overall, this is a fantastic battery case that really surprised me. Awesome price as well. Would definitely recommend it.

We had bought cases for other phones LG G7. They worked great. We had to upgrade to s10e. We bought another set of cases. They worked great and they both got an issue with charging. But they where really nice and honored the warranty and got us replacements. They have been great so far. ********* Only con about this case is it covers up the lense in wide angle mode.

***Update December 2022*** second one purchased only lasted 4 months. NO GO. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Original review here---> August 2022 Purchased a little over a year ago, liked the wireless feature. Wireless charging worked for 2 weeks but kept it anyway because I could just plug it in, right? Couple months and the hardwire charging port doesn't charge without holding the cord right. Battery life still great! After a year and a month, slow charge, no port, no wireless. Giving new one a chance because wireless charging. That goes out, I'm out.

I like everything about this unit. I charge the phone and battery on a wireless shoe so that it displays an oxygen monitoring app all night with alarms, and the battery and the phone are still fully charged in the morning. I like that the battery is there if I need power at any time and that it will recharge My S10e from 10% to 100% where ever it is with just the press of the button on the back of the unit and still have battery left over. I like the indicator lights on the back of the unit that tells you if you have 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of battery charge left and when it is being charged by flashing all the lights in sequence. The battery frame also adds a bit of protection for the phone and screen by its borders around the phone, but it is not a full shock case, although I have dropped it a few times, and it has survived. It also makes your phone heavier but also makes it easier to grip. I use an oversized belt holster that allows for the battery on the S10e (also from Amazon) as well as directly plugging in an earphone while I am exercising at 24 Hour Fitness.

Being a driver that relies on GPS all day, this case is a great solution for keeping my phone alive all day. Not only does it keep my phone charged it also held up when I dropped it numerous times. Feels good in my hands and is easy to hold on to. The down side though is that sometimes when the case is charging it tends to get hot. Update: After a month of use the case refuses to charge. It was great while it lasted.

I ordered two of these for two phones. One needed warrenty support. The seller asked me via email to diagnose it once, after that he declared that he will ship me a replacement, which arrived as an amazon shipment. Most certainly there are only a few maufacturers and everbody slaps their name on it and off it goes. You really dont know the products worth until you need warrenty support. It has a very good battery life and holds up well. Will buy again from the same seller and will recommend it to everybody
