EXTRUDES IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

Plugged into my AG Aurora A5 and after much head scratching realised the motor is turning the wrong direction and keeps pulling the filament out of the Bowden tube, instead of pushing it in, there is a big arrow on the side showing which way it is supposed to turn and its going the opposite way
