Fundamentally its really hard to pick a difference between these as there is mostly cosmetic differences. My personal opinion would be to get 13 or 12, whichever is cheapest. 12's passing is easier than 13s. but 13 had better shooting control. personally, I'd pick passing over shooting any day (since theres hardly ever more than 20 shots on goal in a match).
