VERY, VERY sceptical about these. However, no amount of garlic, lemon or cat deterrent sprays/granules worked. We were at our wits end. Couldn't just chuck kids out to play in the garden without going out every day/throughout the day and cleaning it up. Anyway, was unsure due to price whether they would work and the fact it's a bit of plastic really. Well, we are gobsmacked! They ACTUALLY WORK! We have not seen one turd in sight! 👍 The plant troughs out the front are completely clear for the first time in ages. They are a godsend! Soft enough that if you leaned on them, they wouldn't cause pain just a bit of discomfort but obviously unpleasant to cats! Yes, they are pricey but they are a godsend, no more poop in the garden or flower beds!

Great strips and did do the trick of keep the cats off the lawn. Unlike others strips these come flat so don't curl up when you unpack them as you try and lay them down. Only issue is price as the strips are small you'll need to pay for two or several packs to cover larger areas otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

I had one section in my garden under the kitchen window where a cat was using it for a toilet. I could not even open the window because of the flys. I spent a fortune on powders and sprays which never worked. After receiving these miracle plastic squares, I cleaned the area flat then put the squares on the earth. Instantly they stopped the cats using as a toilet. Safe and no harm to the cats, just uncomfortable to walk and sit on. 2 months on, the area is clean. I really recommend this product

These pricks were apparently not sharp and painful enough when stepped on to stop hungry foxes from going through our waste bin (placed on the floor around the bin). I think they may work better against less motivated animals or to prevent digging where more force is applied. On the plus side - they were easy to setup, the holding pins are great. I ended up buying a different kind which worked perfectly for me.

Absolutely brilliant, and a life-saver (cat's life, that is...)! Very easy to cut to the right size and shape, I installed mine in 2 round pots. I use coco-soil in my pots, and my cat was going crazy for it! Every time he was near the pots, he would immediately jump in, and start digging frantically. With this little mesh any digging is completely impossible. The cat is still curious about the pots, and jumps in and walks (albeit awkwardly) around the tree, but he can't get to the soil anymore. The spikes are blunt, soft'ish, and very well spaced so that they go between his digits and don't hurt his paws. Is it too pricey at £16.99? Possibly. But who can put a price on peaceful co-existence with our furry rascals!

Total rip off. The description says 12 pieces, there are only 6 (which it does say in one of the images so they get away with it). For what you get this barely covers any area of soil and is a rip off.

The product works well , the cats seem to keep away from where the strips have been placed but are happy to poo in the spaces between the strips , so you really need to cover all the soil in between the plants. The strips need to be removed for weeding but as they come with fixing pins it is easy to lift and replace them. It makes weeding more of a chore but then there is less cat poo to clear away, so all in all worth the money
