Also with HEARING AIDS?** A: Hope I can help, I have regular size arms on glasses they are prism lens so they must fit square on head I also wear hearing aids the part that fits behind ears are somewhat small on the model I use. I purchased the regular black Wedgees with good results. I think they do have various sizes. Go to their web site for full information and they I'm sure will help you. It solved my problem with sliding glasses completely. **Q: Will these help lifting glasses off the nose?** A: I bought them to keep my glasses from constantly slipping down. They stopped that and keep my glasses up where I want them. With trifocals it s important they stay in the right place. Now they do! **Q: How are they suppose to be worn in front of ear or back, please?** A: Behind the ear and they should not be seen.
