Where is this product manufactured?

Designed in Finland, made in Thailand

The design on my mug is not particularly sharp. Is that the way it’s supposed to be, or is my mug defective?

The images are not sharp, they are a bit fuzzy. I have even seen this pattern as such on textiles when in the Iittala shop in Finland so that is just how the design was made. It is not supposed to be very soft but neither is intended to be very sharp-that is the 'shading' style. Hope this answered your question, if it is very fuzzy now, like a bad 3D image then the print might be off but a little bit of 'soft focus' is the intention.
