It actually is the prop shaft. It bolts directly to the brushless motor, and the prop screws to the end of the plastic mount. The whole thing spins, and there is no traditional metal prop shaft for this planeHope that helps!

The prop adapter mounts to the motor with 3 screws and then prop mounts directly on to it with the 4th larger screw. . There is no shaft if you sre using the stock motor. If replacing the motor, consult documentation for shaft/prop requirements
