Good quality

This guitar is absolutely good for beginners. Colour is different from the picture shown. But still it looks great. Action is quite low. So beginners can totally go for it. Sound quality is decent for this price range. packaging from amazon was decent as well. I was afraid i would receive a damaged product , but I got a good product without damages. But the padded bag which i received was so poor in condition. Looked like an old product to me. Apart from the bag , the guitar is absolutely good.

Got defective piece

The first delivered one was desperatory but it was replaced on time and this time the item was perfectly ok. Very good. My great thanks to Amazon. Strings are of poor quality. But it is ok.

Packaging was sturdy and safe. At first I was little bit worried as I found in the reviews some mentioned about damaged item being delivered to them. Thank God that no damage and blemish was found with the item. Nothing missed - the strings, the case and Allen Key- everything is there as shown. The item body and it's sound is ok. But the pickup quality is low compared to the one I already have. It has to be because there is much different in price. For the beginners it's more than ideal. I also like it even though I have been playing guitar for the last 10 to 15 years.

Weak build quality. Not good for long use . I used it very roughly though. If u use it care fully with cover and regular cleaning. It got rugged in 3yrs so it's subjective on use. Sound is best in this range

I read multiple reviews and finally landed on this for my daughter's 13th bday. Its been a year and it worked well until last month when I found the bridge was coming off and started creating a gap. It was just in the nick of time as the warranty period was valid for another 2 weeks. I tried contacting the Kadence customer support, it's a pain getting through to them. Worst experience. No one calls nor responds to emails. I finally got one liner responses after several tries and they refused to replace or repair it though it was under warranty. Really felt cheated at that point in time. I'll give a 0 star for service and their response. The guitar as such is ok. May nit last long though. You'd get better service if you buy directly at a store. At least someone will respond to your queries.
