Nutricost Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100mg, 120 Capsules - Gluten Free and Non-GMO

Excellent product! I have been taking Riboflavin for a large portion of my life. Nutricost hit the ball out of the park on this one. The size is easy to swallow, and it is the size of a normal capsule. There is no distinct smell to it either, so if you are concerned that it may stink, rest easy that it does not. It is also gluten free, which I needed. The bottle is not difficult to get into, as it has a normal screw on top which does not require a lot of hand strength to open. It is not so easy, though, that the top comes off on its own. It is secure, even when traveling. Be warned — it will typically change the color of your urine, and makes it brighter. It does not cause the bowl to stain, though. Simply be aware that your urine may change colors when using it. I take the amount daily prescribed by my doctor. If in doubt, definitely talk with your doctor about using it and also about the dosage for you. Personally, it has been a great supplement to assist with migraine prevention. Price point is great, too! Auto-ship helps both on savings and also helps me to not run out. Would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again!!

After I learned more about the different B vitamins, I found I needed B2. I was already taking B12, so now I alternate between the two types. I have been taking Biotin for hair and nails, but the B2 really seems to make my nails stronger, not just grow better. Happy with product.

My Cardiologist recommended this for energy, I'm not sure if it really helped I only took it a few times and really did not notice any difference.

Vitamin B2 is necessary for metabolism and of therefore energy. If you feel you diet is lacking nutrients try this water soluble yellow vitamin, of the B family
