How long is the handle?

The handle is 94 mm or 3.7 inches long (roughly 3 3/8 inches). I wear a size 9 glove and it fits me just fine without feeling too short or long. Someone with large hands would likely prefer the Grande model, which is 107 mm long (just shy of 4.25 inches).

Does this razor come with any razor blades? If so how many?

I cannot remember if this came with any blades, I do not believe it does, however. I never use included blades with a new razor as you cannot tell their quality or if they have been knocked around from shipping. I highly recommend Astra Superior Premium Platinum blades as they are a great balance of sharpness and comfort.
