This product has helped me with my arthritis pain. The pain has actually stopped

No difference
On the recommendation of a relative, I purchased three month's worth of this in the hopes that I would ease some discomfort in my knees and hips. I took it as directed and did not experience any negative side effects. However, I also did not experience any positive results. I was hopeful that I would at least feel a tiny bit better, if not just to relieve a bit of the stiffness I get each morning as I get moving for the day. I do gentle stretching, wear comfortable walking shoes, do the right things to keep myself healthy, but aging bones and joints are unavoidable. I had hoped that without a strong prescription medication I could limit the pain I feel each day with simple tasks, but this is not working for me and I won't be purchasing again.
