He is definitely a lot further ahead than if we had done nothing, and I see that he is breezing through his first several math assignments in 4th grade. This book seems to include material from every math topic studied during 3rd grade. It includes a test after each chapter and a comprehensive mid-book and end of book test. I tried it out and I definitely think you should get this. This book teaches fun and interesting lessons that can help you work well in school.
