I have been using for more then a year ..waste of time and money.

The Verseo works for me. It's easy and painless, but it does take time. Change the batteries frequently for best results. When I forget to install new batteries, it sometimes makes a short 'blip' sound, flashes the light, and turns itself off. When you replace the batteries, make sure the batteries you are using are fresh. At one point I changed the batteries and it still didn't work, but it turns out the batteries in my cabinet were old. I bought new batteries and the Verseo worked better than ever. Also, be sure to make contact with the silver band while you are using it. It comes with good instructions. Follow the instructions for best results. Setting a regular schedule for it really helped keep me from getting discouraged and giving up. I logged the date I started using it and made a note 3 months in the future to check to see if there has been any progress. It didn't take that long before I saw slower and finer growth. Some areas are more stubborn than others and take more time. My note to myself are mainly a reminder that it takes time, and don't get discouraged or give up. It's very easy to use, so it has been worth the effort. For me, it has been painless. I sometimes use it while I'm watching television. Summary: 1. Set a regular schedule and keep at it. 2. If it ever stops working, make sure to make contact with the silver band. 3. When you change the batteries, check that the batteries you install are actually fresh. I know from experience that old batteries that were stored in my cabinet way too long don't work. It works best if you change the batteries frequently, and especially at the first sign that it's not working at its best.

Took a while before getting the product but It was identified before getting it. Very happy with this product. Hope to see results, easy to use, not painful.

Try below first. If it takes long for the purple light to come on, rub it against your palm for a while. See that C does light up. C=Contact. 1. It works. No hair for three weeks now. Using it for nearly two months now. Wanted to try out first before placing a review. Purchased for around £50. 2. WARNING: Easy to use, except battery compartment is difficult to open. It can easily break if you put pressure on it. Be gentle with it. Be warned. This is why one less star. 3. If you order Verseo, order a packet of 3AAA batteries too as you will need them, depending on usage. Mine lasted two months as only use for chin, neck and lip area. Hair is sparse. Differences between Clean and Easy and Verseo. I have used both. 4. ‘Clean and Easy’ was very difficult to use compared to Verseo esmooth. ‘Clean and Easy’ need too many items to make it work eg salt solution, cotton balls to remove the pus, etc. Now, no breakages of needles (stylets). ‘Clean and Easy’ lasted only a short period within the year. Two breakages. Used in total, for a period of 1.5 years. 5. ‘Clean and Easy’ cannot be used on neck, lip, eyebrows or other parts of body. Only chin. Verseo esmooth can be used on any parts of the body eg bikini line and legs. Not tried for these yet. I got epilator (machine) for it, from Amazon. 6. Verseo esmooth will need batteries in hand though. Also, a large magnifying mirror for precision to pull hair out from its root with the tweezer provided. 7. BE AWARE: Verseo esmooth gives blue light only after a FEW rubs on the skin. It MUST touch hair. It is very easy to assume as “not working”. So WAIT. 8. I found it so easy to use after using ‘Clean and Easy’ that I thought it must be a fake toy. No, it is not. It works. 9. Customer Service: Clean and Easy - very good Verseo esmooth - good. From UK.

It doesn’t work as portrayed? The beep volume is very low couldn’t really feel the effects of the electrolysis.

I was really excited to use it when it came. Unfortunately, the end your meant to put the batteries in does not come off easily - I’d say the instructions need to be clearer to describe the actual twist and turn method to be used. Once I managed to get the top off and put the batteries in, it did not work. I sent the product back hoping to replace it but they are now out of stock.
