I bought these primarily for setting cooked items on the coasters to cool. They work well.In the winter I set my small potted outdoor plants on them. My indoor table doesn’t get damaged.

What can be said about cork hotpads? Not a whole lot, actually, but what I can say is that they do what they are supposed to do. They protect my tables and countertops. They are solid, fairly thick, and just the right size - and - they are easily stored. With the holidays on the way, it is nice to know that I won't have to look high and low for more hotpads when I'm trying to get all the food on the table. In fact, I think these would make nice little token gifts for Christmas. They could be packaged with cookbooks or appliances or dishes as just a nice little extra. Not many people will be asking for hotpads for Christmas (Let's get real!) but you can be sure everyone will find a use for them sooner or later (if only to regift them). Seriously, if you want nice hotpads, these will do.

I purchased these as a replacement for another type of trivet that did not work well. These are so much better!

Pretty basic trivets. But the cork used for these is fairly rough. It tends to crumble quite easily and more than you’d expect. They work fine and aren’t falling apart. Just leaves a little material behind where they’ve been sitting sometimes.

Nice size, quality material, should last a long time.

I ordered these to use for storage/display of enamel pins (I hung them on my wall with command adhesive strips, which has held well so far). Cheaper and thicker than most cork options intended for wall/corkboard use. Happy with my choice!

Love these, and the price can't be beat. They are so useful, and lightweight. Wipe and go. At this price, I bought a few packs in different sizes.I actually loaned mine out, and they were never returned, and I missed them so much that I broke down and bought more. I guess the person who I loaned them out to loved them just as much. Easy to wipe off, scalding hot dishes seem to cause no damage, and visually, they really are fairly innocuous. Since something is always on top of them, I don't mind that they aren't the most beautiful trivets out there.
