As described. Easy to assemble. Check your measurements, I had to modify, but I knew that was a possibility when purchased.

Since the legal hanging folders I had did not fit, I searched for one that might fit and found this one: Pendaflex SureHook Reinforced Hanging File Folders, Legal Size, Standard Green, 1/5 Cut, 20/BX (6153 1/5). It has a square cut hook instead of rounded and the sides of the hook are longer. It fits fine.In the picture the folder in front with the white hooks is the old folder I had. The one in the back with the black hooks is the new folder. Notice the square cut and length of the sides of the black hook as compared to the white.Be aware the depth of the folder that fits is less than the normal folder so the items inside sit a little higher. I think you can find legal hanging folders with the square cut hooks that have a normal depth. I did not have other problems that people had with the fit of the shelving into the cabinet as our cabinet was large with a lot of space.

This serves its purpose. I did as another reviewer said and ordered the wider hanging file folders. It took about 20 minutes to put together and in the cabinet.

Works perfectly inside my desk. Easy to put together. Slides easily with each level full! Great value.

The opening for my cabinet wasn't quite tall as the recommended opening. Leaving certain screws loose and shifting it into the cabinet was easy enough. It was simple to get it together and feels surprisingly sturdy. Well worth the price to turn basic stock cabinets into useful office file cabinet. Cabinet has a drawer above.

At first it seemed like the top of the U-shaped brackets would be hitting the drawer above it, but I was able to slide it in a gap in the upper drawer slides that didn't obstruct the drawer opening.It probably took about an hour to make sense of how to install it and then secure everything in place.Very happy with how it fit in my cabinet and now I can get rid of my stand alone file cabinet. All the slides work smoothly.

Love everything except the bars for the legal hanging folders are too far apart and aren’t adjustable.I had to go with all letter size, which fit perfectly, and fold legal size documents to fit.

I had a cabinet I wanted to convert for filing use. This is perfect. The files roll on sliders very smoothly and can be used for letter size or legal size. My friend and I installed it in about an hour. Amazon to the rescue!
