The phone works well although I had to call Motorola to work out a couple of issues. This is the second phone I've had of this model and I'm not too impressed. My next phone purchase will be a different brand name.

Was a gift for my sister. She loves it! It was a replacement for the same phone that she’s had and was wore out. That one as a cracked screen but still worked well.

I upgraded from an LG g Vista which was giving me constant problems, GPS not working which I use for my speedometer do to my speedometer in my vehicle not working so this was an issue, as well as just slow overall loadingand issues with using VoIP apps such as discord or Skype. This phone , however is extremely fast and reliable the sound through the speaker phone when listening to music or calls is amazing and loud, the GPS and VOIP apps work phenomenally well and the overall processing speed of everything I have used is lightning fast!! All of that and I got a great deal! It arrived quickly, next day air and, to my surprise, was brand new in the box. I thought it would be used in excellent condition. Overall, I am extremely happy with this phone and I'm very glad that I purchased it!

It's the third time I bought this phone. It's comfortable to me. Only problem is it seems like the screen doesn't move when I touch it properly. I have to slide it a couple times before it'll go sometimes four sometimes five times

So far no complaints. This phone is plenty fresh.

I've had the phone a while now, and don't like it,, it turns off by itself, all kind of different issues, I can't tell you how many times I've been to the Verizon store

Freezes often. nice new fingertip on back recognition instead of punching in 4-code number. Just a little over 100 just like the previous version but only a couple of weeks old, it's been freezing a lot. Great phone otherwise.

This phone takes excellent pictures and videos, I love how much storage it has, I only wish I had purchased this phone in stead of the really bad one before.
