Great book, well written very informative. Already other books in my list!

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to since I finished the book already and I JUST got a couple days ago. I was a little skeptical on buying it at first since I just saw it through Amazon and just bought it cause I wanted to begin my spiritual journey and didnt know where to start and this was the first book to pop up and I'm honestly SO GLAD I CHOSE TO BUY IT! It's really a must ready for beginners, its short, sweet, and to the point but still very meaningful. My life has felt so stagnant lately n this book really helped me open my eyes to a lot. I really truly believe this book didnt pop up on accident n if ur looking for a sign, this is it! This book is the one!

I really enjoyed this book. I liked the activities, especially the idea of making an altar. I also never knew the meaning behind the medicine wheel, so I appreciated learning that as well. I've traveled to many sacred sites in Peru and have been in ceremony with the Q'ero shamans. Many of the activities in this book remind me of my previous experiences...the tools and the ceremonies are a bit different, but the intent is the same.

I recommend this book. I am almost done reading it and it is eye opening. Really gets you to think and listen to the world around you.

I absolutely love how easy this was to read. Great information.

But I can hardly read it because it smells so strong of perfume that it gives me a headache.
