This item is cute but is FAR smaller than the item measurements suggest. It would not even fit a small child.

I bought this cap to go with a Halloween costume, was so excited to get it. When I got it, it was perfect, well made, sturdy but holy cow! The cap has NO stretch or give to it and sat on top of my head like a ball. I was really disappointed! This might fit a small child's head, and I mean a baby or small toddler. The manufacturer either needs to make bigger sizes or make it stretchable because it really is perfect otherwise.
