Perfect cuppa. Won't drink black or green teas any longer as they taste extremely bitter and acidic, regardless of the manufacturer. This tea tastes fruity but not overpoweringly so yet is very refreshing. I'd advise anybody wondering if to buy it or not to 'go for it and dump your bog standard teas'.

Really love this tea, golden in colour and thirst quenching. Great value for money too!

Something doesn't feel right about this product. Doesn't taste as nice as it used to be. Won't be buying again and wont be paying from third party again. The loose leaves directly from the birchall has been great a year plus after purchase

Note these are the envelope bagged version, not the pyramid bag version.The good: The flavour is very nice and I find I can reuse the same bag 2-3 times and get good to adequate flavour.The bad: The bags tend to give up and shed the contents, especially if you use them more than once or leave them in for stronger flavour. I don't really mind but can be annoying.Recent bad experience: I ordered 6 boxes of 25 bags from "Fresh Habits" (despatched by Amazon), but only 1 box of 25 was delivered. I could not find any way to report that only 1 of 6 parts of an item got delivered so ended up saying it wasn't delivered at all as the only option I could find. I did get a full refund but would have preferred to have simply got the missing 5 boxes sent. Now I have 1 box for free but feel guilty about it.
