DripDropORS Electrolyte Hydration Powder Sticks, Lemon, 10g Sticks, 8 Count

This is one of my favorite hydration additives on the market. This specific flavor tastes like a slightly watered down version of it Country Time lemonade. The fact that is has more sugar and some calories doesn't effect me, so I choose this over Nuun tabs or Liquid IV flavors.

I am the worst about drinking enough water. I will just get distracted at work and suddenly it's the middle of the afternoon and I have had a few sips all day. It's horrible. What's worse, I get migraines brought on by dehydration. On days when I am in back-to-back meetings and haven't had time (or paid enough attention) to take care of myself, I can chug a bottle of water with this stuff in it and my oncoming migraine is nipped in the bud. I would say it definitely is more effective in quickly hydrating and stopping my migraines than if I just drink a bottle of water by itself. The flavor is kind of like Crystal Light but a little saltier. The salty taste is stronger the less water you use, obviously, so I recommend watering it down a bit from what they recommend. I usually mix 2/3 of a regular-sized bottle of water with it rather than just 8 oz. and I find that tastes better.

I usually use Gatorade powder mix after a night of drinking and I fill a 32 oz cup with water and 2 scoops of powder. That usually prevents a hangover if I drink the whole thing before I go to bed. I wanted to test it. So I drank 1 packet in 8 oz of water and nothing else (no water, no Gatorade). And I felt GOOD in the morning! If I don't drink enough before bed on a night of drinking, I wake up a couple hours into sleeping dehydrated and my heart racing like crazy. I did wake up a couple hours in and felt like I could drink something but my heart was not racing so I went back to sleep without drinking fluid and woke up feeling great! This stuff is LEGIT! I will probably add it to my amazon subscriptions haha.

Check package when first received. It appears somehow it’s been in humidity or got wet as the powder inside each packet was clumped together making it difficult to dissolve. Taste is a bit weird

These babies are AMAZING!!!I bought them for a Vegas trip and, oh man, did they help!I would chug one before I started drinking, then chug another before I went to sleep. Next morning... NO HANGOVER OR HEADACHE! And we did our fair share of drinking! One specific day, I knew we were going to be drinking heavily so (again) I drank one when i woke up, I even drank one after my first BIG cocktail, then before bed. Next day I felt great! The watermelon is my favorite but the lemon is yummy too.I’m also a runner, so I drink one after I run in the intense Texas heat, and I feel great!They’re a bit pricy, but i love how hydrated i feel, so I’ll continue being a loyal customer. I highly recommend these!

I can't be sure how well it works, but I keep ordering it be because I think that it works and it is very easy to use -- it is in powder form and I need to merely open the packet and pour it into a bottle of water (and then shake the bottle) or into a glass of water (and then vigorously stir the water).I have no way to evaluate bioavailability of the electrolytes, but eventually (not necessarily on the first day), muscle cramping subsides.[NOTE: My wife uses a different re-hydrating product, but I don't believe that that is because she has any independent evidence comparing effectiveness of the two.]

This stuff is amazing, I was told about this product from a nurse friend of mine who told me that besides a banana bag in the hospital this is what they give to patients. As I am getting older the hangovers have a tendency to creep up and last longer, but Drip Drop mitigates a lot of that. Of course if you go nuts and are blackout drunk for most of the day then there isn't anything that will help but using this is better than nothing or just water alone. Still this is the best thing you can do for yourself if you know a long weekend is coming up.Protip: If you know you are going out for a day/night of drinking put a cup of water and a packet of this right by your bed so when drunk you stumbles home they know to drink the mixture before going to bed.

Using them after a rough few days of throwing up and constant cramping, I had like 3/4 of one packet with some water and felt like it flipped the switch on my dehydration in like 15 minutes. I couldn't finish the whole thing and I didn't want to, use with care for sure, this is not casual stuff.Lemon tastes ok, but i would have drank any flavor even if it tasted like the underside of a skidmark, to help with my symptoms.
