Easy to use without putting callus on your hands

I’m using these to weigh down glass top side tables near a windy beach. They work really well for that purpose, though not as well as a full pitcher of my favorite beverage.

The whole thing is HUGE,...the handle is to big for medium size hands.This has taught me not to buy things like this without seeing them first,..

Do not get a vinyl coated kettle bell. It is very slick and hard to hold for many of the exercises. Get a cast iron kettle bell. You will be much happier with your purchase.

But I highly recommend you get a solid iron kettlebell. I wish I would have bought an iron version because this one is very bulky. The handle is too big for smaller hands. Iron bells have nicer handles.If this is what you can afford then get it. If you can spend a few bucks more, get an all iron bell.
