Secretly Yours 1" Kegel Ben Wa Balls and Pouch

So I was extremely excited for these to come in. I had previously bought a different silicone set and I was so disappointed. I had very high hopes for these. Perfect size. Perfect weight. I put them in and I was a little disappointed because they didn't really move enough for me to even feel them. I was walking around the house getting ready for work and didn't feel much. Well I finally get to work and BAM!! I started feeling EVERYTHING!! At home we have carpet but at work it is majority concrete flooring and stairs. I work in a kitchen for a long term care facility for veterans. Let me tell you what, I was having a GREAT day ;) and then my day was getting a little too great so I had to take one of them out. I couldn't last 8 hours with both in. Not yet at least. Still had a great day with one in!! I think these will be a very regular accessorie of mine for now on. So to some it all up Day One: WOW!!

These are Fabulous I Love them. I got these because my husband told me I was loose and ugly and he hated being intimate with me, It hurt a lot but I wanted to make him want me. when I first started using I felt a bit of a cramp in my lower abdomen but I was over enthusiastic and did too much at once, there is no quick fix, lol well after a couple of months of daily training I also downloaded a free app to help me with timing while doing kegals because I either count too fast or too slow and when I finished the session using the app I went about my evening as normal until the time was up, I increased the time I held them in every week, only taking weekends off because I take weekends off the gym as well... yes logic haha. I'm definitely tighter getting a divorce and my new guy thought I felt like a virgin our first time..... YAY! that made me feel sooooooo good.

These provide a good workout for vaginal muscles. I no longer need to wear a bladder leakage liner after only a few days of use!

I could always do my kegels and flex on and off but this made me realize that I can hold the balls in forever and while using them for sex, I realized I could contract and hold my bf inside of me which made it better. Careful with ball positioning during sex. It hurt my bf once 😅 I don't even use them that much anymore. SEX = 100% better. NON-STOP ORGASMS.

Since I’ve never tried kegels before, I actually thought these may be too advanced for me. I was very, very wrong. I didn’t even have to try to keep these inside, even through moving around and even squatting. I think they would be better if they were a bit smaller and heavier.

My GF says these are the perfect size and weight for a workout. You have to really focus and squeeze to keep them in place. Therefor they actually work. She is a petite 115lb girl who is tight.

These are not for beginners. If you've never used Ben Wa Balls. Get something larger and lighter that you can wear all day, then work up to these, but definitely buy them for when your walls are worked out enough you can wear these all day, too. They're nice and heavy! So buy a lighter bigger set first, and keep these for later.

They are as described, but you can easily loose them in your "depths" which is probably why my urologist recommended those with strings: don't get lost and give you at least one additional option for different kind of exercise.
