Coolibar Fingerless UV Sun Gloves - UPF 50+ Sun Protection - Ouray

I spend a lot of time outdoors and I have always been diligent with protective clothing and sunscreen. But no matter how many times I was re-applying SPF on my hands, they were always darker than the rest of my body.One day I was watching Dr Dray on Amazon recommending these gloves and I decided to get them. At first it was a little bit inconvenient to wear them, but after using them for the summer they became a must.I wear them for hikes or just walking outside. The palms are texturized, and I can't drive with them because the silicone grips prevents me from handling fast and easy the steering wheel.They are quite versatile, I don't mind using them with more elegant or business outfits. And I live in California, I can use them to keep my hands warm through most winter.I wash the gloves after almost every use, they are very resistant, the sews and silicone grips don't look that worn down.I prefer the grey, it's not as harsh a color as black (although I have some of them too) and works with most other clothing colors without showing dirt as easy as a white or beige.I got the XS and they fit my tiny woman's hands well.The little pouch they came in is very practical, I end up stuffing many of their things in there.

My husband is a fishing charter guide. He loves these gloves. They give sun protection but also protection from hooks and cuts from fish. They fit great, and stay in place.

Finger area too tight.. numbs fingers. I prefer very loose fitting.. wish you had variety of sizes a available. On a good note.. very soft and comfortable. Hands do not get to hot in summer as I am postal carrier.

These fit what I needed in fingerless gloves. Quite pleasing to look at too. Although pricy, it makes sense for the UV protection. The included zip casing is a bonus I quite like. Not many gloves offer XS sizes which I need for my small small hands. My only complaint for these gloves is the logo being near the wrist area where you typically take off the gloves. The logo is rather a sticker-like print which never lasts long, and it’s already showing wear and wrinkles after taking the gloves off a few times. It would be great if the print was imbedded into the fabric instead of an overlay print for fitting clothing where you constantly have to take on and off with lots of stretching. We’ll see how that holds up. For these gloves, I recommend hand wash only despite claims of able to machine wash if you want these to last long, and air dry to not ruin the fabric. Overall, I say they’re decent and would purchase again if needed.

Very light with good grip and high quality

A must-have item to drive in California. It is so comfortable to wear when driving.

As I’m getting older, I’m getting concerned with the way that age spots seem to be multiplying - especially on my hands, as they do really seem to age you. I bought these after someone on social media recommended them. It may seem vain and unnecessary to some, but I am conscious of the amount of time that I am driving (or sitting in traffic), with the full force of the sun on my hands. I feel happier knowing that I’m not getting all of the UV damage, and that I don’t have to bother with sunscreen when I wear these. They are comfortable to wear and the grip on the palms works well. Have washed them several times, with no problems.
