These scissors come with a protective cover for the blades which prevents damage in storage with other tools. They were bought with the intention of having all the sizes in the range over time. They cut right to the tip which is handy when cutting notches on a seamed curve. so many scissors seem to be sharp part way down the blade but not at the very end. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the serrated blades

Love these scissors! I already owned the serrated scissors in this size, but they sometimes frayed fabric when cutting out applique, etc. These are perfect! They cut smoothly and are very sharp.
