I was disappointed at the quality of these pillows, you can feel the hard feathers through the covers and they go pretty flat when you lay your head, no support whatsoever. Worst still is to return these poor quality pillows, I am being asked to pay £2.73 which I think is unacceptable. I don't think it should cost me neck pain and then money to buy these pillows and return them.
