KS Choi Corp Infrared Heat Lamp 110V with Bulb Made in Korea

I have recommended this lamp to countless people. The bulb has lasted for 4 years at least! I use it almost daily for 30 minutes a day. I like the controls, you can move the gooseneck up and down and it is stable to roll on the platform. Great value for the money, easy to use and I highly recommend!

I wanted to leave a review as I found the reviews for acupuncturists to be super helpful! I have only used TDP lamps over the last 12 years. I reached out to my acu crew for a new heat lamp rec and they all suggested the KS Choi infrared heat lamp. So far it has been a great experience. Super easy to set-up. It heats up the moment you turn it on (no waiting for it to heat up). You can control the intensity level of the heat. There is an actual handle attached to the head that you can use to adjust the head while in use. There is no clicking timer and no "ding" when timer stops with option of not using the timer and just turning knob on or off. The base is super lightweight making it easy to roll around easily. You can adjust the height of the heat lamp. I love the option that there is a controller that my patients can use if needed. Will not be using the plastic protection cover. I did find that the electrical cord to be too short and purchased a heavy duty electrical cord, that was compatible with lamps wattage/volts to help.

I did not give the one that I brought a good rating. I had to returned it because the timer would not stay on It had a defect. My friend has one, and it works perfectly. I need to reorder one.

I like this light, it has worked well, however the knob that tightens the shaft allowing it to raise or lower just broke when I was working. The top of the light came out and busted my lip before falling to the floor. Luckily it didn't hit my client! The knob is plastic and should be metal. Otherwise this has been a great light and my clients love it.

Im an acupuncturist and use infrared lamps with almost every treatment. I prefer the red infrared ones but succumbed to a TDP double-headed lamp a couple of years ago. Within a few weeks, one head stopped working and 2 years after purchasing, the other went out. That's too soon for me, and they notoriously break often. I never wanted to go back to a TDP again. My first infrared lasted 10 years, my other one is going over 10 years now, so I got this one to stick with the more reliable infrared lamps. It was easy to set up. I had it working within 10 minutes of opening the box, and it does exactly what it's supposed to. It makes no noise (some of them tick annoyingly), heats immediately, is adjustable. It's quite lightweight which is awesome yet stable on its base. I will be purchasing another next month for my other treatment room.

This is absolutely the best lamp ever totally relaxs the bones in your body reduces the pain and just feels outstanding
