Q: Does this harden after use or stay soft?

It’s like a wax so it’s fairly soft. Mine is a table repair and it’s pretty durable.

Q: Where am I going wrong. Wax seems too hard to mould into deep scratches?

When I used it on scratches I just heated it quickly with a lighter. It then became malleable enough for me to mild with my fingers.

Q: Can this be used on wooden flooring for light scratches?

It’s a filler for holes rather than a colouring stick.

Q: Could you use this on bleach stained wood?

If it has a hole you can fill it, but if it’s stained you need a stainer with the same colour. But you can make a hole where the stain is and then fill it 🤷🏻♀️
