OK, but not as good as Cipriani's (company now out of business)
The Cipriani family had a restaurant and business making egg noodle spaghetti in my home town. I was able to identify it by its distinctive (good) flavor 150 miles away from home. The company has gone out of business and I have been seeking an adequate replacement for their noodles for 40+ years. This is the closest yet.

These are an adorable way to serve pasta
I used this "nest" pasta to create a festive Christmas dish. When undercooked slightly, the pasta holds together in its cute nest form so that you can fill it with whatever you wish, cover with a sauce and bake to complete the cooking. Most amazing was that Amazon delivered it with only one or two nests broken out of the 3 packages I ordered. Good job, Amazon!
