I have been looking for a safe nontoxic natural/organic shampoo for years and have tried many. Jivi is my favorite - I LOVE it. I have long thin hair and it makes it thicker and easier to brush through - not as many bad tangles. I like the fragrance - my hair smells clean. I highly recommend. And the Jivi conditioner is even better. It is incredible. Best I've ever found. My hair actually stays cleaner longer - really. Definitely recommend it too.

I want to like this shampoo more than I really do. The scent is lovely and not overpowering. My hair definitely feels clean after use, but I have to use a lot of shampoo in order for me to get any kind of lather, and even so, I have trouble distributing it all over my hair. It is quite long, so a 14 ounce bottle isn't all I was hoping it would be. My hair also gets very knotted after use. it is a shame, because this isn't a bad product. May be just not right for my hair type.

I have tried several different brands of argan oil shampoo, and this is my least favorite. I really like ArtNaturals Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo, and the Jivi brand just doesn’t measure up. I purchased the grapefruit conditioner to go along with the shampoo, because I have long fine hair that I can’t comb out without using conditioner. The ArtNaturals leaves my hair silky smooth, but the Jivi shampoo even when used with the condition left my hair feeling dry and frizzy. My hair is normally not dry or oily. Argan oil shampoo doesn’t really lather much, and I had to use a lot of this shampoo to wash my hair. With the ArtNaturals brand, I actually use less shampoo than normal. While washing my hair with the Jivi brand, I just felt like I was making a tangled mess of my hair. The grapefruit scent is just ok. It doesn’t really smell bad, but I don’t particularly want to smell like grapefruit. Even if this shampoo worked better on my hair, it wouldn’t be cost effective because I had to use too much of it at one time. I used the shampoo with the conditioner three times, and I still got the same results. This shampoo might be ok for short hair, but there are better options for long hair.

Wish #4 conscious sustainability ^Please be more mindful of your packaging. We don’t need 1 large box to carry 4 medium boxes that carries 4 small bottles. The 3 paper cards inside are cute but what isn’t cute is more waste in our landfills and more energy spent making and cutting trees. Great product, I just wish the company was more environmentally conscious.

This shampoo is amazing and has all natural ingredients. Compared with commercial shampoos that advertise natural ingredients this is the real deal!
