It simply works, and minimizes clutter and wire/cable tangle behind my TV.
I used this patch cable to connect an HDMI selector switch--the switch allows you to attach multiple HDMI inputs to the same box, so you can choose which HDMI input to view on your television. It's not everyday one needs a 1-foot cable, but if you don't want lots of loose or coiled HDMI cord dangling from the back of your TV, this is very useful. I run it from the switch (mounted to the back of the TV) to the TV's HDMI input.HDMI cables from several devices can be problematic if you only have one HDMI input on your TV or monitor--you would have to remove the HDMI cable from the source you WERE watching to connect the source you want to view video from.It simply works. When attached to the HDMI switch and the TV, the connections on both ends seem solid with no hint of movement or intermittent connection; everything I connected with it continues to work as intended.

This is like the most inflexible HDMI cable I've ever used
The first thing in the description is this is their most flexible cable. This is like the most inflexible HDMI cable I've ever used. It works! It's sturdy. But I bought it because I needed a short cable I could manipulate into a weird contortion. This wasn't it. If you just need a short strong hdmi cable this will work for you. If you need something as described, this isn't it.

it is a good cable, just be mindful of what you want ...
it is a good cable, just be mindful of what you want it for. This cable is thick, so if you have it in a tight space and need it to turn a lot it probably wont work. Originally I had this behind a flush mount tv in my kitchen. The HDMI outs were fairly close to the right side and I needed the cable to go left, it could not turn enough to not be seen. I am now using it behind my AV unit, it works perfect there and I am glad I bought it.

Good Cable
Well constructed. Actually, too well, as it is a bit over engineered for me. I would have preferred a thinner cable, for more flexibility (something I was looking for in such a short cable) but this one is very well built and therefor just a bit stiffer than I wanted. It bends and flexes fine, but wants to straighten out a little, while I was looking for a 'limp' cable. Still, it is so well made I plan to use it as long as HDMI cables are needed. This one looks as though it will last a lifetime.

Short on length, but not on quality.
The cable works as good as any other HDMI cable for 1080P. When I first started using HDMI cables I was concerned about purchasing from smaller and less established manufacturers, but after exhaustive research I discovered that most cables work the same. In the days of analog, cables were a bigger factor in the quality of video, but not so much anymore. I have not had any issues with audio or HD video while using these cables. Most of all, I love the the length and the tidiness of my home theater setup.

Good value
The cable is nice, I didn't think they made 1ft cables. This cable is sturdy and works well. Only complaint was it literally is 1ft so be sure to measure if 1 foot is enough for you. This would be perfect for a wall mounted tv with a device nearby or attached to the back of a tv like an Apple TV.I couldn't believe how inexpensive the cable was compared to other stores who charge over $30 for an HDMI cable. Great value and I recommend this to others.

Great price, Does what it is supposed to. Fast Shipping.
Cannot beat the price and the fast shipping. When it comes to digital cables people can be talked into buying a certain cable because of quality. What they do not know is that zeros and ones do not care about the metal that is on the connector. This is the one you should get if you want to buy a cable that does not cost a ton but does the same thing as the more expensive ones.

Review of 1 foot Tartan 28 AWG Hi Speed Cable by Phil Elli
I purchased this cable so that I could put a disk player on top of a small audio receiver without having a 6 foot HDMI cable coiled up behind. The 1 foot HDMI cable worked great. Seemed to be of good quality and fit the HDMI jacks on the receiver and disk player in a secure fashion. Cord was also reasonably flexible.. Would order again..

Not bad.
Nice quality, a bit stiff to bend, maybe due to the fact that this cable supports ethernet as well as HDMI.
