This product is for someone do not want to go far to throw glass trash. Anw, the glass bottle is heavy to pour, especially when it’s almost empty. 1 can will be enough for 2 of us in 5-6 months. Pouring it to a squeeze bottle and save the rest in 2-3 tomyum containers (around 1kg canister). Store all of them in the fridge so you would have it perfect as always. Leaving in the room temp will create mold inside (even the glass bottle).

Ottimo sapore ,la uso spesso , consiglio Il fatto che a poco meno si aveva la bottiglietta da mezzo kilo , io con un paio di euro in più ho preso 2 kili circa , ma in latta. Non è stato semplicissimo aprire la latta e travasarla : ho riciclato bottigliette di conserva e messe in firigo ed un vasetto in cantina , la conservazione dovrebbe essere corretta. Consiglio la marca , poi vedete voi se siete più comodi con questa latta o con la versione già in bottiglietta . Penso che come qualità di meglio non ci sia .

Ich kannte bisher nur Austernsauce anderer Marken. Diese hier hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Das liegt aber bestimmt and mir und nicht der Sauce oder der Qualität derselben.
