Parker's Wine Bargains: The World's Best Wine Values Under $25

I purchased this book hoping it would contain a list of great values which did not make the Parker's flagship guide solely on grounds of quality. Unfortunately, it is limited to a selection of wines which are already in the main guide. If you assiduously believe that wine should be judged on price before anything else (and that the wine will not be sold out a week after being published in Parker's) then perhaps this is a useful book for you. Me, I don't see the advantage in owning an abridged copy of a book that I already own.Thus no added value, and a waste of money.Instead, I should have purchased a wine app where I can search for bottles within my own price limits.

Useful but a little dated. You may want something more current. Some of the under 25’s here have since been discovered and are twice that price.

I ordered this for my son who is starting to get interested in wine (my wife and I are long time collectors).My brief scan before I gave it to him tells me it is a good starter book for the novice.

Very comprehensive. However, many of the wines listed are not in our local and favorite wine store. Trying to carry the book around and figure out which oen are available is cumbersome.

The recommended wines are hard to find.

Great book that helps train you in the evaluation of less expensive wines. There are many wines below the $25 price level that people don't know about.

without an index in kindle, can not read it, my recommendation, strong dont buy! I mean this acceptable for normal books, but not for guide, sorry, kindle is wrong for,at
