Excellent product

I needed help with my depression I am already on medication for it. So when I read what MCT oil was suppose to help with I thought why not. I never purchase items of any kind because everyone is in competition with each other, but the day I bought MCT I really was looking for help. By the 4th day of taking MCT oil I could tell there was something different with me. I was going to sleep early without sleeping pills, I was waking up but not like usually now I’m waking up ready to start my day and most of all no brain fog. I have enough energy through the day, and I could tell that I was starting to live a better quality of life. Yes I still have depressions, but honestly the MCT oil has made me start to rethink my future, my life as it is today and what it can be. My daughter even noticed the change in me she told me how happy she was that I was wanting to change and doing the work to do it. She said “mom I remember you didn’t think you were going to live long, you always said as long as I know that you and your brother are successful and ok in life I’m ok, but mom I wasn’t ok with you thinking like that, you were only 49 then. I am a believer in Dr. Gundry who believes that MCT is a product of the Ketosis generation process to help in fat burning. I am trying this product and have lost weight and fat. However, it should be known that I also go to the gym at least five days a week now. I have not experienced any ill affects from this product and take 3 capsules at least 3 times a day. Usually 4 times a day. It has a good reputation, is price competitive and I prefer the gel caps. I just ordered more and would recommend this product to anyone interested in trying a product with similar purpose. Good luck with your effort regardless of what product you use.

Well I'm trying to lose weight. These are supposed to help you stay in ketosis or get to ketosis. When I was on a regular keto diet I was never able to get myself into ketosis. I'm taking these three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening. It says you can take it up to five times a day but that seems a little excessive to me. I'll tell you that I will choke very easily on taking medication, these pills are quite big, but because they're a soft pill they're very easy for me to swallow. I haven't choked yet! 🤣 These are really good value for the money. I just hope that I get the results that I'm looking for.

Did not consult doctor only took 3 capsules twice a day idk if it did anything with out blood work lol but did improve sleep with magnesium and zinc
