It turns out you can't answer you own question on amazon. But for the people wondering if this PDU can be powered with 120v, it can, and it works just fine. The output will be 120v (obviously) and the meter works correctly. I'm not sure why it says 200-240v on it since it has C20 inlet (which are usually 100~240v wide input devices). I took the PDU apart as soon as it showed up, the metering circuit is entirely passive and voltage agnostic. I tested it out on both 120v input and 240v input, it worked both times and the meter correctly (showing twice the amps for half the volts)

This product is a quality product that delivers power as advertised. Easy to read amp meter that shows you the status of your PDU at a glance.

The Tripp Lite PDUMH20HV PDU Metered is an excellent product, solved the issue of running different power sources to our devices and switches. Would recommend this product to anyone

Inaccurate load specs, I would say be careful I ordered this thinking at 220 volts it would easily carry my three psu's, total 3200w but keeps tripping. I would say it should carry more than this it looks real cool there's only 18 gpus on it totaling approximately 3200 Watts. I've seen them on YouTube videos and like the neat nice of application. Going to order a 30 amp hopefully it can carry more want to add more rigs but???

Went a different way and returned it but very quility PDU shows amps and has all the c14 connections you would need to max out the amps
