I have been taking these Elderberry Capsules for almost a year. If you are looking for something to enhance your immunity, this vitamin is perfect! Love that it has Zinc and Vitamin C with the Elderberry and is clear of any additives or fillers. I have not been sick a day since I started taking these! Highly recommend.

At the beginning of the pandemic I started looking for a supplement that had zinc and vitamin C as at the time everyone was saying they would help lessen the symptoms of Covid. I came across this brand and the price was right so I figured I’d give it a shot. It couldn’t hurt and if it kept me alive or lessened the symptoms it would be worth the $. Fast forward a year and a vaccine and I tried to cut costs in a few areas so I stopped the subscription. Less than a week after I ran out I got a stomach virus. Mind you, I had not been sick the entire time I’ve taken them (I’m generally a healthy person otherwise) and am one of the few who have never had the Rona. So I went online and restarted my subscription. About 9 months later I thought I’d cut costs and stop the subscription yet again. Less than a week after I ran out I was sick again, though not the Rona. It may be a crazy coincidence that within a week of stopping these on two different occasions I’ve gotten sick and have not really been sick otherwise, BUT I’m not going to try for a third time. Totally worth the money in my book, I’m a believer. Easy to swallow, no real taste. I take them with my blood pressure meds in the morning so I don’t notice anything.

I really think these supplements work, as every year I get a horrific upper respiratory infection. I’ve been taking them since Fall, and I feel great. Not even a sneeze. Now here’s the part you stop reading if you’re dainty or sensitive. HOWEVER: This supplement gave me gas. We’re talking oh man, that smells like it came from the bowels of Satan himself type gas. We’re talking so seriously bad my dog left the room and gave me a LOOK. Absolutely horrifying. UPDATE: It seems the supplement and a temporary medicine I was taking were battling it out in my gut. Medicine ceased, as did side effects. I resumed taking these every day; in fact, I’ve added them to my subscribe and save. Great supplement, I take with a meal so the capsule doesn’t stick in my throat.

Have used the BioSchwartz brand for a long time and they are high quality products that are made in the USA. I feel their supplements are just a bit more effective than other brands with better ingredients. Obviously I can't attest to this without lab testing the contents, but I can say that their elderberry gummies taste more natural and aren't coated with sugar like some other brands. I also purchased the capsules, which are good if you don't want the added sugar that the gummies contain. The pricing is also very fair and consistent. I bought the capsules for the same price two years ago and through inflation they have remained the same price. If you are new to elderberry supplements, it is a very good immune system booster. Eat these to ward off simple colds! I always take mine if I have overtired, been in crowds, or other situations with exposure to germs, and it prevents me from getting sick or if I do get sick, it helps me recover within a day or two.

I absolutely stand behind this product. I've never taken Elderberry, actually never heard of it. But recently had an immediate family member contract Covid. Myself and 17 year old daughter began taking these immediately because of our exposure to the virus. We have been extremely cautious with masks and gloves since the beginning of Covid and never stopped. But we got exposed from a family member who travels to work daily to another state and his work takes him inside many peoples homes and both states have been hot zone areas. I have a poor immune system and most definitely didn't want to get it myself. The family member got sick with it on a Thursday. I had these by Saturday and we all started taking them. On Sunday morning I became symptomatic, by Sunday evening I couldn't get out of bed. I upped my dose to 3 capsules a day. For 36 hours I road out fever, chest congestion and a swooshy, under water type feeling in my head with dizziness and muscle cramp/fatigue. By mid-day Tuesday I was remarkably better. Over next 3 days I recovered completely. My 17 year old daughter never became symptomatic at all. The 61 year old family member suffered the worst and was taking these 3 a day and it took 9 days for him to start recovering and feeling better without any medical intervention. It usually takes me 3 to 4 weeks just to shake a normal cold. The only thing I can attribute my fast recovery, my daughter not contracting the virus and my family member recovering from what was a touch-and-go, close to a critical, emergency situation due to shortness of breath, severe chest congestion, vomiting, etc., was taking these Elderberry pills and strengthening our immune systems. I've already ordered and received more. And plan to purchase and stock up on. We are all still on self quarantine to get out of the infectious window. These will become part of my daily regimen from now on. Stay safe, mask up to protect yourself and others and if you've never tried these before, or are on the fence about them.... I say give them a shot. They helped my family tremendously in our defense against and recovery from Covid.

I take elderberry every day for my immune system and I switched to this one because it had the most product of any that I saw and was the cheapest. I’ve gotten them for several months and I’m pleased.
