This machine is not up to the mark. On the very first use, it started emitting smoke and suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint immediately, but the service team took almost 10 days to respond. After a long delay, a technician visited and claimed that there was no fault in the machine, after which he left without resolving the issue. However, the very next day when we tried to use the machine again for cutting grass, the same problem occurred. The blades started making abnormal noise, smoke was emitted, and the machine stopped working again. This clearly indicates a serious defect in the machine, which was not properly inspected or resolved during the service visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the delayed, ineffective service support. I request an immediate and thorough inspection, along with a proper resolution—either a repair, replacement, or refund—at the earliest.

So far it’s doing what’s intended to be. Perhaps the length of the cord could be increased to 15 meters. Plastic body and other parts seemed to be less sturdy than I expected from Black & Decker. Otherwise it is a great product.

Machine build quality is good. But unfortunately mine stopped working after 2 months of use. The coil had got burned due to water contact. Where can I get it serviced or repaired. Please let me know it's very very urgent.

I’ve barely used my lawn mower - maximum of 6 uses and the coil / motor has burnt out. Same thing happened with my last Black and Decker lawn mower. The last I at least got 2.5 years of use from. Tried to contact the number on the main page for warranty / servicing and the number is valid. Completely unacceptable for a product this price. Avoid at all cost - in reality a lot of cost! Finally got the motor replaced after 6 weeks. Not assembled correctly. Local technician came back and fixed it. 2 uses later and it’s all over again - clearly a faulty repair - different problem. Zero response now from black and decker despite still having 2 months in the warranty. Waste of money - not surprised the price has been slashed although still not worth the money.

By using some time the motor is get fire and no any repair assistance near us,now we request to provide nearest service station to solve the issue....request you to provide the contact number.....second the body totally plastic which is very uncomfortable compair to other company.
