Q: Am I able to keep this plugged in continuously?

Yes I left mine plugged in all the time untill i moved into my bed room the charging lit is really bright. so now i just plug it in after i use it.It doesnot take long to charge

I bought it for my daughter's car - she said no, it cannot be charged when not in the vacuum.

No. There is no provision for hanging on the wall.

Says it has 7K pa suction power what ever that means. It is powerful enough to do what I need it to do at any rate.
