The Phantom of the Opera: Clarinet

It has done wonderfully, I enjoy it.

Got this for my daughter so she can have something to play when she needs a break from school band music. The arrangements are definitely on the simple side (just the melody of the songs). If you are just looking for something fun to play this would be fine.

Very simple book that can be performed by an advancing beginner. I had began playing clarinet in the 6th grade and was skilled enough to play through the entire thing by the end of 7th grade.

The music sounds pretty good only I wish it would have said that this particular book is mainly FOR THE CLARINET. The corner of the front says clarinet on it. For piano players this book only has the notes for the right hand. So if you plan on playing the phantom songs I would say buy the book made for the piano.

I didn't even notice this book was for a clarinet (I wanted a piano version), and so I was disappointed when I got it... my own dumb fault....On the cheerier side.... I also play the violin some so I am able to use it for that. The arrangements are nice, not too hard!

As a learner some of the tunes are too difficult but looking forward to getting to the stage were I can play all of them. Can't wait!!!

I went to see this on stage in London and fell in love with it. I ordered the book of the music for the clarinet and I'm very pleased because I am only on my second grade on the clarinet and didn't want it to be way to hard for me, but it's great, a bit challenging at parts, but I love it. A great buy.

Turned out to be an Easy Play book - and some of the songs are not even the complete song! Will likely be sending back.
