Recommended on TikTok and YouTube for peri oral dermatitis
Highly recommended for per oral dermatitis! I used a very thin layer all over my face being careful not to get too close to my mouth or eye lids. I left it on as a mask for 10 minutes each time and rinsed thoroughly following with a very simple moisturizer (Cerave). It doesn’t smell as bad as other reviewers commented and after two uses I noticed a reduction in redness and bumps. I would definitely give this a try. It’s cheaper than a doctors visit. Definitely dried out my skin though so I would always follow with a lightweight bland moisturizer.

If you’ve tried everything with no success, try this!!!
I never struggled with acne in general, let alone cystic acne, until my 20s and it seemed like anything I tried made my skin worse. This was my last resort before seeing a dermatologist (which I was really trying to avoid because of the expense) and I am so glad I gave it a try. Within just a couple days I noticed less new breakouts, and after a couple weeks of use I am SO happy with how my skin looks. Obviously new breakouts will still pop up every now and then, but they are fewer and far between and heal much quicker while using this product. I have very dry skin, and as long as I pair this product with a good moisturizer it hasn’t made the dryness any worse. It does have the unpleasant sulfur-y smell, but I’m able to get over that for what it does for my skin.

Highly reccomend for Perioral Dermatitis
This worked amazing after just 1 use. Left it on for about 20-30 minutes on my perioral dermatitis. Ive been using metronidazole mixed with tacrolimus but it wasn't really clearing it. I read someone who recommended sulfur to help with PD and found this when searching reviews. So worth the purchase price. Yes it smells awful but its tolerable for 20 minutes. Especially with how quickly it works. It is drying so I used a calming moisturizer after I rinsed it off that also has tea tree in to keep redness at bay. So glad I found this. Would highly recommend. Just FYI my PD is very Mild (for now) but id try it regardless of how extreme yours is.

This stuff works!
I have reoccurring perioral dermatitis and this stuff actually makes a difference! I've tried it all and after just one week of use, there is a noticeable improvement to my skin. The cream itself is nice, and easy to apply and cleans off easily with soap and water. But it smells just awful. It is 10% sulfur so I was expecting it to not smell great, but it is still pretty overwhelming. I'll put up with it to clear my skin so quickly though! Overall, it is a very effective product. I would recommend, even for sensitive, combo skin like mine, especially for stubborn perioral dermatitis and mild acne.

Cystic acne’s problem solver!
I used to have amazing skin but due to genetics I’ve been suffering from cystic acne. Within 1 use it pulled 3 cystic acne flare ups (that weren’t responding to other remedies at home for 2 weeks) straight up to the surface! My pores shrunk, flare ups diminished, evened my complexion & my skin feels amazing! To be clear this may cause purging of new acne as well which is expected with any true pore cleansing product. AND this is not*** a stand alone product, which is also true for any skin product. And do notttttt let me hear yall say you exfoliated then followed up with this please!!! It is not recommended. Use on clean skin after using a gentle exfoliator. Be mindful, it does have a warming sensation. Not tingling, just warming. Like a warm pack being placed on your face. It’s brief, maybe 30 seconds at best. And lastly, yes there is a sulfur scent. Upon opening the package it’s not even noticeable, I feel as though it’s barely noticeable when wearing the mask. It’s when you remove it you may smell it after it’s washed off but it disappears so quickly even my friends sniffed my face and couldn’t detect it without me saying anything (lol it needed to be done for this information! 😂) but if you’re worried I’d recommend using it on a night-in just in case! Overall, im addicted this product and its results & surely will keep ordering it over and over again!

Amazing.
Cleared up my 16 year olds severe acne in just about two weeks. ( and I mean bad acne) His skin was so irritated and inflamed with breakouts, he was miserable andwethoughtitwashopeless. So we bought this. By the end of the first week , he was smiling and saying he really liked how his skin was looking. FYI he wouldn't let me take any pictures for uploading. So there are none. But this is highly recommended by me because it works. He uses 1)Neutrogena acne facial cleanser along with 2) de la Cruz sulfur ointment and 3) Yesto nourishing great fruit moisturizer for acne prone skin. Beautiful combination of products with amazing results.

Didn't clear my skin- here's what did.
This ointment helped a little bit with those nasty under the skin hormonal lumps, but it wasn't enough for me to keep buying or enduring the smell! I would recommend trying the below products first! As someone dealing with adult acne for the last two years, I was desperate for something to help my skin! I've tried countless creams, serums, peels, masks, washes, sprays, essential oils, etc until my wallet cried.. and NONE of them helped! My skin was horrible, inflamed, utterly embarrassing as a working adult, and painful to boot. (The kicker was many days it hurt to smile! If you've been there you know how discouraging this is!) My skin was so terrible a coworker anonymously left proactive on my desk at work (the turd!!). After countless wasted dollars and months of frustration I've FINALLY got my skin under control and milk thistle was a huge part of that. I'm sharing what has worked for me in hopes of helping other people who H A T E their skin. -Topically, I ONLY use Niacinamide Vitamin B3 Cream Serum 5% by Skin Daily. No washing, no scrubs, no masks-- pretty much caveman status. A drop goes a long way so the bottle will last a while. I'm never oily when using this unlike a lot of other products I tried. It's really improved the texture of my skin, smoothing and plumping (is that a thing?). I think it has also helped with some of the hyper pigmentation as well. The only other topicals I like as much are aztec/cider vinegar face mask and honey/cinnamon/nutmeg mask. I used to do one of those masks EVERY DAY in hopes of a miracle for my skin :( but now I don't need them. Unfortunately it is a little pricey but if you're like me you'll pay whatever it takes (well, maybe not a yacht) to have clear skin. -Internally: Every day I take gaia milk thistle (to fight inflammation---game changer!x3), nature' way alive! women's multi (warning it tastes super nasty but is bearable with fruit juice x3), align probiotic (x1), and naturemade fish oil pills (x3). Nothing helped me clear up like taking these supplements! I would say I am 95% clear on them and improving. Before these I cut out bread, potatoes, pasta, chocolate, dairy, and most other glorious foods in hopes of helping my body to no avail! I tried vitex/chasteberry, inositol powder, fermented cod liver oil in cinnamon tingle (still puking), synthetic vit e, maca root, hyper biotics, opti-women, turmeric, and countless more with little to no success. These days I am still conscientious about what I eat but not militant about food like I was when my skin was so horrible. Sugar and caffeine make me more inflamed so I do moderate my intake of those. If you can do nothing else I would recommend the gaia milk thistle. (Amazon has the best price I have found-but if you're desperate Whole Foods has it for like $40). Anyone with serious acne has an inflammation problem that they may nor even know about, and the milk thistle was huge in getting that under control for me- my skin was WAY less red and inflamed within days of starting it. I hope this helps anyone with skin issues looking for an alternative to meds or BC or SA/BP for managing their skin issues :) Best of luck getting clear!

Why aren’t derms recommending this?
This product works wonders for me. I’m 45 and started getting terrible hormonal cystic acne. I had never heard of the product until an influencer mentioned it. I’ve been using and experimenting with this product for months now, and I find if I use it every day as directed - thin layer- all over my face and neck for 10 mins- it has completely cleared up my acne and prevents the terrible breakouts that happen around my cycle. Why aren’t more dermatologists recommending this? The key is consistency. When I tried to back off certain times of the month, the breakouts would come back. It can be mildly drying and irritating especially if used in combination with other drying skin care products, but to me it is more well tolerated than things like differin or tretinoin. When first acclimating to the product my neck did get a little red and rashy but now that I’m acclimated that has gone away. My neck is very sensitive anyway. Highly recommend and make sure to get the tub as the squeeze bottle is annoying to use (hard to squeeze product out). Not sure it works as well on my kids blackheads on their nose but still testing there. They haven’t been as consistent as me. Very much worth a try though.
