Mazuri Rat & Mouse Diet: The Lab Blocks Your Mice Never Knew They Needed
As a former elected board member of one of the largest mouse breeding and show communities, I take my rodent nutrition very seriously. Enter Mazuri Rat & Mouse Diet—the gold standard in mouse cuisine. If my mice could write a Yelp review, they'd be giving these lab blocks a Michelin star. Let’s talk protein and fat content. These blocks are more on point than a vegan chef at a quinoa convention. It’s like the mouse food equivalent of a protein shake and a Sunday roast had a baby. These blocks have the right balance, ensuring your rodents get the nutrition they need without leaving them feeling like they just attended an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. Now, let’s talk price. If you’re looking for a bargain, look no further. The cost-to-quantity ratio is so good, I started wondering if they were giving me a discount because they heard about my impressive rodent breeding résumé. It’s a solid product at a solid price. You won’t break the bank feeding your furry friends, and your mice will be eating like royalty (without the tiny crown, though). If you want a healthy, happy mouse that won’t start a protest for better food, I fully endorse this lab block. Five stars for being the unsung hero of small mammal nutrition and keeping the furry crowd both fed and fabulous.

Excellent experiences with this seller
I was disappointed when my local stopped carrying this brand and was happy to find Exotic did! I have purchased other products from them before and have always been pleased at the fast ship time and quality. Will stay a repeat customer for sure.

Mazuri is the most complete source of nutrition for your small animal or pet
My fancy rat is a dumbo eared dwarf rex coat, she is adorable and so I would never give her anything less than mazuri. It's 80 percent of her diet, and it's the most complete nutrition for her. I also give her ox bow essentials but it's only 25 percent of her daily intake. She is happy and healthy

Use this for hand raised baby squirrels
I am a wildlife rehabber and feed the baby squirrels I have in my care this food as a staple. It is the best and has all the nutrients that these babies need. My rescued mice also love it.

Good for rats, though VERY messy.
Good food for pet rats, they love it. A lot of fall out though and lots of crumbs left over that will mix in with rat pee and make a mess. But very good brand and never had any health problems with this with 4+ rats. Perfect for rats to hold, good size for them. Pretty thick as well.

squirrels like it if they eat just the pellets for the first few weeks
We do wildlife rehab, and I have bought these for the orphaned squirrels. The first squirrel we rehabbed, I made the mistake of giving her fruit and nuts before she became accustomed to the pellets. Big mistake--she did not want to eat pellets. Since then, I have transitioned from formula to a mush made from formula and crushed pellets, then to just pellets. They have to eat pellets for a few weeks before they get to taste anything else. They seem to love the pellets. One of the boys will even preferentially pass up a pecan to eat a pellet. I have a mason jar that I pour all of the crumbs at the bottom of the bag into, to save for making mush for the next round of babies.
