The product works well and Amazon sells them in multiple packs and the only way that makes good sense is the three pack. You have to be fastidious in using this product. Twice a day, but expensive Hibiclebens and sit on edge of bath tube and scrub between each toe then get a hair dryer and dry between each toe and front and back side of toes and then slather with this cream. They say at night not to wear sock and while I used to wear sock every night in bed I have stopped because having all this peeling and and stench from this fungus is gross!. I have used it now religiously almost 3 weeks and problem appears almost cleared up. Some people have to figh this for a lifetime. You are alos prone to this fungus ifyou wear compression sock, so you just have to stay on top of the issue but I am happy with my progress. Good Luck Kevin L
