Crowley-Redding does it again! She chronicles the lives of our tech giants and explains our new world to those who will inherit it as well as to those who come from another age, aka mature adults. Elon Musk is such an important and interesting character and I am thrilled to learn more about him. Excellent read... fast paced and compelling to this older reader. Highly recommend!

Bought it my 14 yr old gifted Grandson..since I'd read others on Elons life. I wanted him to read it because it's so inspirational. The man is a genius. A great book

This book is a fast-paced read about a fascinating human being. Just when you think Elon Musk might be ready to take a breather, he comes up with another incredible idea for how to tackle a huge problem facing humanity. The first few failed Space X launches were a great reminder that no matter how spectacular the failure, you can give something another try. The book includes awe-inspiring photos of the Falcon finally landing. The author does a great job explaining the advanced technology involved in Space X and Tesla in a relatable, understandable way. I was intrigued to read about the initial stages of Musk’s Loop and Hyperloop project; this is something I will now follow in real time. Anna Crowley Redding’s book isn’t just about one brilliant, flawed man; it’s also a story about how we can choose to think differently about problems we face so that they don’t seem insurmountable.

I found this to be a good inspirational read that is very approachable and targeted towards younger readers. His vision, drive and persistence is phenomenal and well articulated in the book. What’s the biggest problem you’ve faced and how have you solved it?

I've read and given this book as a way of introducing Elon Musk to young people! Great to take on an airplane! Genius! His ideas will amaze and educate !

Elon Musk is a name we need to know. He looks far ahead in the future and makes it happen. It's a quick easy read. What kind of man came up with the idea of electric cars, now everyone wants one. He also decided, we need to explore Mars, will he make it happen? This book covers a fascinating Elon Musk, you can read in an evening .

I liked the way the book was organized : in a very human way but without neglecting the business side of the history . Recommended for entrepreneurs who seek for inspiration

I loved every bit of this book. I read every page and loved it all it gave me hope for the future of humanity how one day we could possibly go to mars or build super tunnels with trains that go over 300 mph and can take you anywhere. This book is a great read and I loved every bit of it. I liked near the end of the book more though because they talked about the new technological advancements he’s trying to make for example: A mars rocket, a fully green energy home with solar panels and electric cars, AI intelligence that helps make people smarter and make it easier to communicate, a better school system, and more. I LOVED this book and if your reading this review 100% BUY THE BOOK. It’s such a great read you will learn a lot about Elon musk and about earth’s problems and solutions.

Author Anna Crowley Redding has written a comprehensive and well researched bio on Elon Musk. In places moving and inspiring, it offers lessons on how Elon achieves the impossible over and over. The book is written for young adults but it's a solid reference for any age.

This was also a gift, but he was happy with it.

Phenomenal read, an easy read at that. Gives a deeper understanding into the history of Elon Musk, his vision for a sustainable world and how he came to desire his vision. Gives an enlightened and softer perspective to Elon Musk than I had prior to this read.
