I've been a follower of William Marshall's approach to the treatment of sexual offenders for many years. This book has a chapter on work with those who deny they committed a crime, something not easy to find in this field. His book is both empirical and humanistic.

I love the positive approach when treating sex offenders so they can be rehabilitated. More providers should provide this treatment.

This book is written by the team from Rockwood Psychological Services in Canada, which has been successfully treating sex offenders for 40 years. Unlike most other programs, Rockwood has negligible rates of treatment refusal and dropout.
