Fantastic very cool mobility scooter. Worth every penny it cost .good instructions from driver who delivered it ordered on a Saturday from amazon delivered to me following Saturday. Excellent customer service.

Scooter arrived & was delivered by a very informative bloke (lukas) who went through all the necessary functions for the switches, knobs & buttons. The scooter itself is comfortable & very easy to ride. The build is high quality, great to look at & superb value for the price.

The acceleration of this scooter is jerky and not smooth which makes this scooter difficult to manoeuvre safely. The electro magnetic brake only operates in 1st gear and not in 2nd gear and engages too sharply when throttle is released which is dangerous due to the sharp braking that occurs. In 2nd gear with no electro magnetic brake, releasing the throttle results in the scooter freewheeling and as the brake(s) engage too sharply is also dangerous for the rider. Mobility scooters are supposed to be designed to be used by the disabled and therefore be safe for them to use. On that criteria this scooter is downright dangerous and unfit for purpose. I have other criticisms but the above is enough to be going on with.

The seat is too short no hight adjustment so knees and feet ache knees are pushed out making the ride unsteady unable to fit in lift so charging an issue there's three speed switch but only two work because of UK LAWS making it very slow embarrassing kids toy go's faster going to the paper shop will take forever and painful going up an incline even slower you almost come to a stop then a let power kicks in frightened the life out of me going down the incline was like the rollercoaster when you get to the top whoosh which leads to the last bit being behind someone walking waiting to pass you creep up to them using the brakes is sudden they full apply almost throwing you off then using the throttle is the opposite reaction nothing then sudden jerky movement now you know why I couldn't apply the brakes going down the incline verry scary that was on a toe path next to the River Medway. It comes with an application to apply for a logbook to drive on the road lol not at that speed also you will need road insurance maybe road tax a lot of angry drivers. not suited for road use or as a Mobility Scooter just an expensive toy for a child oh it's got an alarm as the wind has pick up nonstop going off. my inside leg is 28 inch and I had trouble think about that

I have only had this scooter a few days but my god, WHAT A MACHINE !!! Easy to handle lots of mod cons, reverse, lights, indicators, alarm, steering locks, little boot in seat. Certainly getting some looks from the envious. For the younger disabled like myself it looks dead cool. It does not look like a mobility scooter. Makes you feel proud to ride it. THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER OWNED !!!!!!!

Delivered promptly and is in perfect condition. The height is ok for me as I am only 5`4inches tall. The scooter runs fine and the controls are easy to remember. One problem is that there is not a Manual for the bike yet so the only way is to make notes but the tyre pressures could be difficult. If the manual was available then I would give it 5 stars.

The scooter is really stunning. It can go a bit fast so be prepared. The delivery was efficient and the driver explained everything necessary with much care. He was really great! A lovely company to deal with. I've had to speak to the admin staff and the lady was incredibly understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this product highly. It is an all round ethical and wonderful company.

Livraison: Livreur arrivant de Pologne un vendredi soir à 17 h 30 (sans prévenir), ne parlant pas français (mais étant très poli), avait expliqué (en un bon anglais) qu’il était pressé, parce qu’il devra continuer à livrer en Espagne le même soir. Je n’ai donc pas voulu le retenir, mais cela avait aussi impliqué que je n’ai pas eu la possibilité d’essayer le scooter avant son départ. Prise en main. Problème principal: Régulateur de vitesse fonctionne avec des ”à coup”, ce qui le rends l’utilisation difficile, voire dangereuse, surtout quand il s’agit de manœuvrer lentement dans un espace étroit. On pourrait penser que le constructeur a utilisé un moteur classique ”DC” à commutateur avec un système de contrôle simple, sans un bon réglage de torque et de vitesse au lieu d’utiliser un moteur ”brushless”, comme on le trouve sur tous les e-bikes récents. (Mon évaluation est basée sur le fait que je suis ingénieur (M. Sc., el. eng.) et que je suis déjà en possession d’un e-bike moderne) Quelques problèmes sans gravité: • Manuel d’utilisation – bien que marqué ZT63 - ne correspond pas bien au scooter livré. Des boutons de contrôles pas signalés. • Vitesse maximale en dessous de la vitesse annoncée: 25 km/h, même sur terrain plat et batteries 100% chargés. • Conception vieillotte: ampoules à filament! J’aurais souhaité retourner l’appareil, mais cela ne semble pas possible. La société d’importation n’a pas répondu au problème principal: le mauvais contrôle du moteur (vitesse et couple). Malgré un prix intéressant, je ne peux pas recommander ce véhicule.

Die Lieferung kam ganz schnell und pünktlich. Folie entfernen, Spiegel einstellen und es konnte losgehen. Nach ganz kurzer Gewöhnung kommt man mit dem Fahrzeug sofort klar. Es macht richtig Spaß damit zu fahren. Überall fällt man damit positiv auf. Ich kann nur zum Kauf raten, denn auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist super.
