I sent this as a gift it arrived in short order and everything on the tray it's nice and fresh. I've sent this tree before as a gift it arrived perfectly and this time it wasn't even Christmas!

Was more than expected !

There was no dried fruit at all as pictured, wayyy smaller basket of all nuts. Pretty disappointed.

Only disappointment was no figs. Very good otherwise - selection, freshness, arrived quickly...delicious! Would recommend this to others. Less expensive than other companies...

I was a Pittman & Davis customer for dried fruit until this shipment arrived. The biggest difference (besides price) is that EVERY piece is so VERY moist and delicious. The presentation and packaging is PERFECT. Will buy again and again. This product is so much better in flavor, taste and quality. None of the fruits were chewy or rubbery as some can be.

When I got the box, I laughed. Of course it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. So I chalked that one up to my own stupidity, and settled in to try some of the fruit. The plastic wrap seemed inferior to keep the product fresh, but I figured since it was just packed, there was a small chance that the fruit was still fresh. Nope. All of the fruit was stale, rubbery, and tasteless. I requested a refund and it was granted. I think that should answer all of your questions about this product.
