SheaMoistureBody Lotion Coconut Lotion for Dry Skin 100 percent with Coconut Oil, 16 Ounce

Love the product (and the brand in general), hate the packaging. The product is super moisturizing, smells good, not greasy, and I can use it anywhere on my body including my face without breaking out. My only complaint is the bottle they use. The pump stops working halfway through the bottle, which means you have to unscrew the top and dip it like a wand to get any product out. And by the time you get to about 1/4 full, this method stops working as well. Very frustrating. I have purchased this product multiple times, and tried multiple moisturizers in their lineup, and they all have the same problem (so I didn't just get one defective bottle). It's a great product, but in my opinion a little pricey; I'm willing to pay for a good product but wish that for my money I didn't have to feel frustrated every time I use it. They need to package it in a squeezable tube. I even wrote an email directly to the company, received no response.

The front says 100% coconut oil with Shea butter, but the label (which I should have read online first) shows that is absolutely false. It’s full of other ingredients. Won’t buy again. It burns when you rub on chapped or dry skin. That would be the alcohol listed in it.

product is fine just hate that im wasting my money and product as the pump doesnt allow you to get all the lotion out. About 3/4 of the way the pump no longer works and then you have to figure out how to get the rest of the lotion out of the bottle. its very thick so even if you flip it upside down for a day or 2 it doesnt move?. then if you figure out how to cut the bottle open then it will dry out the rest. so it definitellllly a waste of lotion and money???

I am not big on applying lotions and potions after shower, but have been trying to take better care of my skin. I've tried Massage oil and the Manuka Honey butter from Shea Moisture and it didn't make much of a difference until I started using this, my skin is really appreciating it and it's looking great, no chicken skin or bumps. My whole life I've had keratosis pilaris but no more. I've been using this for about two months almost every day or every other day and it's wonderful. Will buy more. Edit: have bought it two more times and it’s still wonderful, probably going to start to use it in my face too. Wonderful product, my skin is so smooth and soft and I’m 41, and my skin looks like I’m 12.

It moisturizes fairly well, although my normal highly moisturizing lotion (Curel Extra Dry Skin) works better. I don't have extra dry skin. My skin is normal moisture, but I use "extra dry" because I like super soft skin. This lotion is thick when it comes out of the bottle but it's actually not a thick lotion (makes sense considering the first ingredient is water). Overall, it works fairly well but the smell is too perfumy. At first sniff, it smells great but when you put it all over your body and/or use it as an after hand washing moisturizer, the smell quickly becomes overpowering. Not good considering I use body spray. I was looking for a more natural smelling coconut lotion. Guess I have to keep looking.

I love all Shea Moisture products! The pump still bottles make it super easy for my 5yo son to use. He has the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bubble bath. They smell amazing!!! Super moisture rich for his young skin. The pump puts a perfct amount (about a dime size,) so he can apply to each part of his body. We've been happy customers for almost six years now!

This body lotion cream is very thick and moisture intensive but it's not gummy and sticky like a lot of the name brands are. And best of all I'm not allergic to it. I've tried other lotions from this brand and I'm always allergic to the fragrance in them. This one though is perfect and I'm grateful I can find it here because they stopped carrying it and all of my local stores

I have very sensitive skin and after purchasing the bath soap locally decided to buy this as well. I've only used it 2 days but so far it is as good as the soap which I also purchased with this item. Very moisturizing and does not feel sticky on your skin with a pleasant scent. I will continue to purchase and feel the other excellent reviews are well deserved.P
