I bought these to use for kayaking. They were comfortable and worked well. Great product for the price paid.

I kayak, and the paddle wears blisters in my thumb web without gloves. I now base my impression of gloves on how well they prevent blisters. My last pair were fantastic, but I lost one and they are not available anywhere for purchase. So I tried these.. My hand circumference is 7.2 inches, so the medium fit well. First 2 times out, I paddled for 1 mile each time; I could feel some rubbing discomfort on my right thumb base. Today, I paddled 1.5 miles….oh, there is residual skin soreness this afternoon. I predict that after paddling further, there will be blisters. I both hate giving less than 5 stars and having to hunt for new gloves, but, here we are.

Nice padding for the palm, and good sun protection. However the palm padding doesn't last very long - it's was packed down after rafting for 7 days on a Middle Fork trip.

These help a lot with blisters.

Nice fit and good grip but they are far too pricey for what they are. The finger parts are not hemmed or finished in any way where they cut off and the padding on the palm is minimal.
